Roles & permissions
A role is a named set of permissions. The built-in roles are fixed; beyond them you can compose your own, narrow a role down to the field level, and scope it to the resources it owns. Every change is confirmed before it is written and recorded in the audit log.

The complete permission vocabulary this product recognises, laid out against every role in the workspace — built-in roles read-only, custom roles editable — followed by the three controls that create a role, restrict a field, and scope a resource. Editing opens only for members who hold the member-management permission.
